Children in Year 2 went to the KS1 Music Festival on 20th June. Along with other schools attending, we also sang the songs we had been practising in school. The children enjoyed the experience of singing together and learning new songs and actions.
In Rabbits class we have had the delight of caring for, and watching as 13 chicks hatched in our class. We are all able to discuss the life cycle of a chick and before they went back to the farm, we all had a cuddle!
This week we were very excited as it was finally time for our trip to the Roald Dahl Museum!
On Monday 23rd April, we celebrated St George's Day by having a mixed class day where the children found out more about the United Kingdom and the 4 countries it is split into; England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Our Digital Leaders have been learning lots of new software programs and have been trained to teach their new skills to others.
