I am delighted to share with you the Germander Park OFSTED Report from our Inspection on 27th and 28th June 2023. The Inspection was a Graded Inspection, which means that each school development area was judged separately. We are very proud of the fact that The Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Leadership and Management and Early Years Provision were all judged as Good and particularly delighted that Personal Development was awarded an Outstanding grade. The report reads beautifully, with recognition for all the work that has been put in to developing areas such as safeguarding, phonics, our curriculum and all the opportunities that we provide for pupils outside of teaching and learning. I am very grateful to all staff and Governors, who have worked so hard to make the school such a wonderful place to work in.
